Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days, minus any non-refundable deposits or service fees.


Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure your items are properly packed, unless using our packing services.
  • Be present or have an authorized representative available at the time of service.
  • Disclose any hazardous materials or restricted items prior to service.


Liability and Damage Claims

Nevarez Moving Company is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damages to items.
  • Damage to fragile items not packed by our team.
  • Delays caused by weather, road conditions, or factors beyond our control.


To file a claim for damages, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.


Pricing and Payment

  • Payment is required before services are rendered.
  • Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carry distances, or extra labor.
  • Non-payment may result in service refusal or legal action.


Termination of Services

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services under the following circumstances:

  • Unsafe or hazardous conditions at the moving location.
  • Fraudulent or misleading booking details.
  • Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff.


Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct resolution between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under California law through arbitration.


SMS/Text Messaging Terms
