Nevarez Moving Company offers professional moving services, including:
- Local, long-distance, commercial, residential, and senior moving services.
- Packing, storage, hauling, and related services.
All services are subject to availability and may require advance booking. Quotes provided are estimates and may be adjusted based on actual moving conditions.
Booking, Cancellations, and Refunds
- Customers must provide accurate details when requesting a quote or booking a service.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5-10 business days, minus any non-refundable deposits or service fees.
Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate information regarding your move.
- Ensure your items are properly packed, unless using our packing services.
- Be present or have an authorized representative available at the time of service.
- Disclose any hazardous materials or restricted items prior to service.
Liability and Damage Claims
Nevarez Moving Company is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damages to items.
- Damage to fragile items not packed by our team.
- Delays caused by weather, road conditions, or factors beyond our control.
To file a claim for damages, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion.
Pricing and Payment
- Payment is required before services are rendered.
- Additional charges may apply for stairs, long carry distances, or extra labor.
- Non-payment may result in service refusal or legal action.
Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services under the following circumstances:
- Unsafe or hazardous conditions at the moving location.
- Fraudulent or misleading booking details.
- Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior towards our staff.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, we encourage direct resolution between the parties. If unresolved, disputes shall be handled under California law through arbitration.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
